• Verify identity and prevent fraud
• Provide e-bike rental services and track rides
• Send important service updates and offers
• Comply with legal obligation

3.Location Data

We collect real-time location data from your device and the e-bike during rides for safety, geo-fencing, and operational purposes.
Location tracking is active only during active rentals.
Ride Tracking: To monitor your travel route during a rental ride for safety, trip history, and billing purposes
Nearby Hubs: To show you nearby rental hubs, pickup/drop-off locations, and available bikes in real time.
Navigation Services: To provide GPS navigation, turn-by-turn directions, and accurate e-bike tracking.

4.How We Collect Location Data:

From your device's GPS, Wi-Fi, and mobile network signals when you grant location permissions. Only while the app is in use (unless you specifically allow background tracking for ongoing rides).

5.How We Use and Share Location Data:

Location data is used solely to provide the services described above.
We may share location information with trusted third-party services (e.g., Google Maps)
strictly to provide mapping and navigation functionality.
We do not sell or rent your location data to any third parties.

6.Data Security and Retention:

Location data is stored securely on our servers with encryption.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for operational, legal, and safety purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7.Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and any personal data associated with it.

Once your request is received, we will:

• Verify your identity to ensure security.
• Permanently delete your account and associated data within 7 days.
• Send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.
